excellent location separate lounge clean hotel maintained hotel
the location was fantastic. it was within walking distance to the three sisters and echo point. the hotel was well maintained and clean. we loved our room. it had a separate lounge area we used a lot.
i found that the electric car charger didn't work, a bit inconvenient.

i found the location quite convenient i could easily walk to the three sisters and echo point the hotel was clean and well maintained i especially enjoyed the great-sized bathroom the shower was fantastic

ample parking priced food beautiful gardens
i found ample parking. the food was reasonably priced, though i used my car to explore local options. the grounds and public areas were excellent. i especially liked the beautiful gardens and took short strolls each morning.
The outdoor pool area needed more attention. There were used towels around. i hope improvements are made soon!!!

the hotel is near some of the best views. many trails are accessible by foot from the hotel, allowing easy exploration. this location made sightseeing very easy.

good breakfast variety clean room walking distance weak shower no streaming old carpet
the breakfast had a good variety. There were healthy and normal options available. THE ROOM was clean. The location was walking distance to the Three Sisters.
the shower was not great. It seemed like a hot dribble. THERE WAS no netflix or streaming available. The carpet seemed quite old.

underwhelming stay
unhelpful staff broken charger
The location is close to lookouts. That much is true.
The staff at the front desk seemed less than helpful. the fire alarm decided to wake us up at an ungodly hour two mornings running. It seems an apology was too much to ask. to top it off, the electric car charger was out of commission. It made me question the definition of luxury.
